Massimiliano, Mammo to his friends, was 10 years old and already dreaming of having a raspberry plant in his garden. Today, Mammo continues on his path of research, innovation, sustainability and respect, creating artisanal products that capture the scent of the raspberry and give new value to the leaves and stems, considered the forgotten parts of the plant.
Raspberry fruit is processed into compote, “crystals,” flavored sugar and salt, and powder.
Herbal tea is made from the leaves hand-picked in our raspberry patch on Monti Cimini and immediately dried.
The “forgotten parts” of the plant find new value in Rubus Idaeus GIN, thanks to the genius of master distiller Priscilla Occhipinti.
If we didn’t love dreams,

In 2011 the dream begin. Massimiliano – Mammo for friends – founded his own farm in Viterbo on the Cimini Mountains, a hilly relief of volcanic origin with a predominantly mountain climate, which proved to be the ideal environment for his raspberry grove.
Today the company specializes in the artisanal processing of all parts of the raspberry plant. Each product derives from the path of research, innovation, sustainability and respect, in which Mammo leads its company.
Just two ingredients, raspberries and sugar, cooked just long enough to achieve the right consistency and capture the scent of the freshly picked fruit.
When sugar meets raspberries, fragrant pink crystals are magically created, broken by hand, to be used as toppings for yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream, but also as natural candies.
Fine, colorful and fragrant. Made with sugar and raspberries, without coloring or flavoring. A fragrant sugar for tea, herbal teas, infusions, hot chocolate, not to be used in coffee!
Sea salt and raspberries are the ingredients of these crystals to grind directly on your dishes, which, with their heat, will release the intense raspberry scent.
From raspberry leaves harvested and hand-selected in our raspberry orchard in the Cimini Mountains, you can extract an herbaceous and delicate-tasting herbal tea that is pleasant both hot and cold.
Dried for 48 hours at low
temperature and stone ground, our powder retains the color and fragrance of the fresh fruit. It falls on your savory or sweet dishes, from fish to pandoro.
